Warranty Period

    • New Devices: 12 months from the date of receipt.
    • Pre-Owned Devices: 1 month from the date of receipt.
  • Accessories & Electronic Gadgets: 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty services and repairs are carried out exclusively at our authorized service centers. For items purchased through third-party sellers, their respective warranty terms and conditions will apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty Verification: An original invoice is mandatory to verify the serial/IMEI number and confirm the warranty validity.
  • Repair Duration: Warranty repairs will be completed within 21 working days from the date the product is collected until it is dispatched.
  • Warranty Coverage: Please refer to individual product listings for specific warranty details and benefits.
  • Warranty Period: Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty duration.
  • Claim Process:
    • Submit your warranty request through your Shahgeelectronics account.
    • Our team will contact you within 24 hours for verification and troubleshooting.
    • You must provide clear images of the product from all sides and its IMEI/Serial number.
    • Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging or equivalent. Shahgeelectronics is not liable for damage caused by poor packaging during transit.

Service Policy

  • Data Responsibility: Customers must back up their personal data and remove any passwords or locks before sending the device for service.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT): Any time spent obtaining device information or customer approvals is not counted within the repair TAT.
  • Consent for Contact: By submitting a device for repair, customers consent to Shahgeelectronics and its repair partners using their contact details for service coordination.
  • Information Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all provided details during a warranty claim are correct.
  • Screen Protectors: Please remove any screen protectors before submitting your device for service.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow usage instructions.
  • Damage resulting from liquid exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.

Delivery Policy

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back for service.
  • Liability: Shahgeelectronics is not accountable for any damages incurred during return shipping. Ensure devices are securely packaged in their original box or equivalent protection.
  • Accessory Return: Customers must include all original accessories (earphones, chargers, batteries, etc.) when handing over the device to the courier.
